A plastic pelletizer is an essential tool in the plastic recycling process.
Because the plastic fragments shredded by the shredder are inconsistent in size and are contaminated with dust and cannot be used directly, the plastic fragments need to be extruded into filaments using an extruder with a filter, and then cut into uniform-sized, clean plastic particles using a pelletizer .
Or, during the production and debugging of 3D printing filaments, if the diameter or color of the filaments produced is unqualified, the pelletizer can be used to directly cut and recycle them.
Mini Filament pelletizer can cut plastic filaments with a diameter of 1-6mm into pellets approximately 6mm long. The resulting plastic pellets can be sold directly or used for other applications, such as injection molding and extrusion filament for 3D printing.
It has the function of automatic feeding. Just insert the plastic wire and it will automatically work until the whole plastic wire is cut.
The feeding wheel adopts a non-rigid transmission design to avoid wear of the PU wheel.
It includes a DC24V 350W my1016 Gear Reduction motor. The operating voltage range is 12V-36V, with a recommended voltage of 30V. The cutting speed is determined by the voltage.
You can use batteries from various power tools to directly drive the motor. If you use a switching power supply, please use one with a current output capacity of 30A or above.
The shell of the Mini Filament pelletizer is made of ABS
It can be placed on a storage box of any size and directly store the plastic pellets inside the storage box, which is suitable for long-term automatic operation. Or you can connect a bottle and store the pellets inside the bottle.
