The main body is stainless steel，

（420 stainless steel can be heat treated, but it will still slowly rust in a humid environment. If you want to clean the blades, use WD40 or a dedicated cleaner, don’t just use water.）
Each blade is grinded on both sides , have the same thickness and a highly reflective surface；
The plug to prevent clogging is stainless steel.
The shaft height of the bracket is the same as the output shaft height of the NMRV050 reducer.
Use needle roller bearings that can withstand huge torque.
The cutting width is 90MM,
Using 250W power, 2000 rpm motor and 1000:1 reduction drive can cut 3mm thick plastic and 1mm aluminum plate.

Note：that micron-scale metal contamination may occur when the shredder is handling materials. However, it will not affect the recycling performance of plastics and can also be used to extrude 3D printing filament.
But it is not suitable for handling food, or materials requiring zero contamination.
