DC24V 45A Power supply and automatic control modules

Description

This is a power module used to control 24V500W brushed motors.
It is used to automatically control the shredder’s DC motor without the need for manual supervision.

The parts and materials it contains are as follows:
201 stainless steel shell,Thickness 1MM;
12V45A server switching power supply 2 pieces;
500W speed controller;
Voltage ammeter and 50A shunt.
30A relay module;
Nano Board ATmega328P 5V 16M Micro-Controller Board

USB > type C data cable;

The functions it implements are as follows:
Press the button in the middle to start the motor rotating clockwise.
Press the green button to switch to counterclockwise rotation.

It detects the size of the current. When the motor is overloaded, a huge current will be generated.
It automatically stops and rotates counterclockwise, and then rotates clockwise. This can automatically complete the shredding work of some strong materials.

When the shredder completes its work and enters the idle state, it automatically stops the motor.

It can greatly improve the convenience of MINI shredder . You only need to put the materials into the hopper, press the start button and leave. It will automatically complete the work and enter the standby state.
