Description
This extruder screw is designed for irregular and oversized recycled plastic materials. It can process not only standard industrial plastic pellets, but also recycled plastic flakes and fragments directly without pre-pelletizing.
The deep feed section accommodates plastic pieces up to 6×6×13 mm .The blade design on the feed hopper allows for the direct cutting of larger plastic pieces.
The multi-flight design ensures better gripping and feeding of irregular plastic pieces.The specially designed feed section improves material gripping and prevents bridging when processing lightweight or irregular recycled plastics.
The section of the screw’s outer surface that comes into contact with the barrel features a wear-resistant chrome-plated coating.
