Description
If the reducer fails, it is usually caused by the wear of the copper turbine. The reason is usually that the lubricating oil is not changed frequently or an overpowered motor is used. When there is no torque protection, the material is stuck on the blade, and the motor is still forced to rotate, causing wear.
The recommended motor for the 50 reducer is below 350W. If you want to use a higher-power motor, the reducer also needs to be larger. The larger power reducers are: 063, 075, 090, 110, 130, 150;
If the reducer is damaged,you don’t need to replace the entire reducer, just replace the turbine alone.
Remove the worm first, then remove the turbine.
If you don’t have the tools to pull the worm out, you can drill a hole in the center of the black seal opposite the worm input shaft, insert a screw, and tap it with a hammer to remove the worm.
This price includes the worm and 2 bearings, and can only be used with 50 series reducers.
Note that your worm must also be 100:1 to be used with it.
Weight is 1.2 kg.
